QICDRC Enforces Settlement in HEE v NFS Case

The Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) has enforced a settlement agreement in the case of HEE v NFS (case number CTFIC0057/2025). The settlement, dated May 17, 2026, led to a stay of all further proceedings, except those necessary to enforce the terms of the agreement.

Presided over by Registrar Mr. Umar Azmeh, the court's order allows both parties to apply for further orders if required. The claimant, HEE, was represented by Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, while the defendant, NFS, was represented by Al-Tamimi & Company.

This case underscores the QICDRC's commitment to facilitating amicable resolutions and enforcing settlement agreements, thereby promoting efficient legal processes within Qatar's jurisdiction.
