Hong Kong Court Postpones JPEX Crypto Fraud Case to March 2026

The Hong Kong Eastern Magistrates' Court has postponed the JPEX cryptocurrency fraud case to March 16, 2026, to allow the prosecution more time to organize case files. Of the eight defendants, seven remain on bail under existing conditions, while one remains in custody without applying for bail. The case is one of Hong Kong's largest virtual asset frauds, involving over 2,700 victims and more than HKD 1.6 billion.
