NDP Hails Court Ruling Ordering INEC to Register Party

The National Democratic Party (NDP) has welcomed the Federal High Court's decision ordering the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register it as a political party. The court found that the NDP met all constitutional and statutory requirements for registration, declaring INEC's previous refusal null and void.
