Industrial Court Orders FCT Workers to Suspend Strike

The National Industrial Court of Nigeria in Abuja has ordered the Joint Union Action Committee (JUAC) to suspend their ongoing indefinite strike. The court granted an interlocutory injunction restraining JUAC from further industrial action against the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) pending the determination of the suit. The case is adjourned to March 23, 2026, for hearing.
