Mr. Juliano received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and attended Nova University Law Center in Florida where he received his Juris Doctor. He also received a Master of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Juliano has practiced law in Hawaii since 1989. He has published in the Hawaii State Bar Journal and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.Mr. Juliano represents clients in complex litigation and in multi-million dollar matters.
