Sara advises clients in the areas of corporate law, intellectual property and arbitration. She regularly participates in due diligence exercises and transactions as well as assists in drafting legal opinions and contracts.In the academic year 2021/2022, Sara participated in 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot where she received Werner Melis award for best memorandum for respondent, Eric E. Bergsten award for best team orals and Martin Domke award for best individual oralist. For her success in a moot court competition, she also received Rector’s award.During her studies, Sara worked as a student assistant for the department of General history of law and states. She graduated magna cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb.
