David Share is the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Share Lawyers. David is dedicated to disability insurance litigation and represents his disabled clients with compassion and sensitivity.David has been practicing law since 1985. He is a member of the Ontario and New York Bars. David is highly respected within the legal community; he has spoken at numerous conferences, been interviewed in the media, and is frequently sought out by his legal colleagues for his experience and knowledge in his area of practice. David served as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School for 12 years, teaching advocacy, and is an active member of many associations, including the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (where he is currently the chair of the LTD section), and the American Association for Justice. David has extensive experience negotiating disability insurance claim settlements, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. As President and CEO, he oversees the progress of each case in the firm and provides seasoned, expert advice to the firm's lawyers. Clients can be assured that David’s experience is at their service.David is passionate about music and, from a young age, considered a career as a musician. He enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his grandchildren.
