Aman Chaggar was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2019 and the Michigan Bar in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science with distinction in 2012 from the University of Guelph and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Mercy Law School at the University of Detroit in 2017. Before joining Share Lawyers in 2023, Aman gained significant litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, car accidents, short and long-term disability claims, as well as employment law matters. He has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. Aman brings with him his experience and commitment to zealously representing clients when their disability claims have been denied. His role at Share Lawyers includes conducting discoveries and settlement negotiations.Outside the office, Aman enjoys following Toronto sports events, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
