The appellant appeals against the decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Beg promulgated on 18 September 2025 (“the Decision”). By the Decision, Judge Beg dismissed on protection and human rights grounds the appellant’s appeal against the decision of the respondent made on 12 April 2024. Relevant Background 2. The appellant is a national of Trinidad and Tobago, whose date of birth is 28 July 1987. She is recorded as claiming asylum on 3 April 2023.
