He highlighted the role of the ECOWAS Court as a guarantor of legality and fundamental rights, underscoring the need for an independent and respected community court to address challenges such as border disputes and institutional weaknesses. President Neves called for the court to serve as a catalyst for promoting legality, transparency, and respect for international law within the region.
