To access the list of appeals and motions fixed for hearing, lawyers are instructed to:
- Visit the Supreme Court website.
- Click on the 'Litigation' section.
- Select the 'Nigerian Case Management System (NCMS)'.
- Click on 'Download Documents'.
- Check the list of Appeals and Motions scheduled for hearing between September and December 2026.
After accessing the list, lawyers are required to upload all relevant filed documents related to their cases, including the Record of Appeal, Briefs of Argument, pending Motions, and all other filed processes, no later than 30 days before the scheduled hearing date.
