Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission Announces Public Hearing on March 19, 2026

The Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC) has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The hearing will be conducted via Zoom, and interested individuals are required to register in advance through the provided link.

The agenda includes the review of a new application from St. Thomas Family Partners, LLP, a Category IV Designated Service Business specializing in family office, investment management, and consulting services, seeking to establish operations in St. Thomas.

Members of the public wishing to provide comments must submit a written notice to the Chief Executive Officer at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, specifying the matter they wish to address and the approximate length of their remarks.

Following the public hearing, decision meetings will be held to consider applications and other matters for the Economic Development Commission and the Enterprise Zone Commission. The VIEDC Board of Directors and its subsidiary boards may enter executive session during the meetings as permitted under 1 V.I.C. § 254.
