Curtea de Apel suspendăcinci hotărâri guvernamentale

The Bucharest Court of Appeal has suspended five government decisions following challenges by the Social Democratic Party (PSD). The suspended measures include:

• A bonus of up to 1,250 lei for young people upon first employment.
• Suspension of driving licenses for unpaid fines.
• Management of nearly 600 million euros in external funds.
• Support for individual animal breeders.
• Reduction of positions at the National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control.
