In a move to attract international organizations, Vietnam has reduced the licensing timeline for foreign representative offices from 30 to 14 working days. This change is stipulated in Decree No. 62/2026/ND-CP, issued on February 13, 2026, which amends previous regulations governing the establishment and operation of such offices.
