Russia has expressed its readiness to engage in negotiations concerning the Ukraine conflict, contingent upon a constructive and mature approach from Western nations. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin emphasized that Moscow remains open to dialogue aimed at addressing the root causes of the conflict.
