Saint-pierre und miquelon
The Territorial Council of Saint Pierre and Miquelon has officially commenced the second revision of the Schéma Territorial d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme (STAU), aiming to update the region's urban planning framework. This decision was formalized during the official session held on February 10, 2026.

The revision process will address several critical areas:
The Territorial Council has authorized the President to oversee the revision process, which will involve public consultations, environmental assessments, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The goal is to develop a comprehensive plan that balances development needs with environmental stewardship and community well-being.
Residents are encouraged to participate in upcoming public meetings and provide feedback to ensure that the revised STAU reflects the collective vision for the future of Saint Pierre and Miquelon.
