Court Adjourns El-Rufai’s Nibn Suit Against ICPC to March 25

The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by former Governor Nasir El-Rufai against the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and others to March 25, 2026. El-Rufai is seeking Ni billion in damages, alleging that the invasion and search of his residence violated his fundamental rights. The adjournment allows parties to regularize their processes before the next hearing.
